EXCEL DEFENSE STUDIOS is an all around fitness and training facility where you and your family can learn and master several martial arts, self defense, and fitness training programs. All of our programs are taught at our new 5,500 square foot studio located approximately 1 mile east of the US 95 Freeway in Northwest Las Vegas at the southeast corner of Craig Road and Jones Boulevard.

Excel Defense Studios was created primarily for law enforcement, military, security personnel, business professionals and their families, but membership is open to the public. Self defense training and fitness is something the entire family can enjoy. While a child attends a martial arts class and dad takes a self defense class, mom can work out in the cardio, strength, or boxing areas – It’s a studio designed for serious training but with the family in mind. The studio features a full line of brand new Precor cardio machines and LifeFitness and Hammer Strength weight training equipment, a 1,080 square foot martial arts mat area, a boxing area, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and a private training room with AV equipment.

We have brought together the best instructors in the valley, with real world experience. There are over 50 classes offered per week in mixed martial arts classes for men, women, and children. Private fitness and martial arts training is available from our top professionals.
